About

Representing composers in New Zealand who write for screen – film, television, advertising, gaming – and new formats that are emerging.

The Guild aims to be a forum for composers to connect, share ideas and knowledge and to promote and grow the art of screen composing in New Zealand to build sustainable careers for established and upcoming musicians.

Members of the Guild are able to be listed on the members directory, participate in forum discussions and attend workshops and seminars that are held in Auckland and Wellington.  We also have a large and growing list of industry discounts and perks which you can check out in the membership section.

Members and and interested parties are welcome to sign-up to the Guild’s Facebook page to keep up to date with general news.

Please do feel free to get in touch with any enquiries regarding the Guild – membership, suggestions and general questions.  We invite any and all NZ composers to get involved for the good of our collective craft.
